We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Orders are carefully packed, and tracking information is provided after your order ships.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES:
We want your vintage pieces to fill your home with joy and become vessels for new memories. Patina, surface wear, and imperfections are part of each vintage item’s character, not defects.
We accept returns or exchanges on full-price items within 7 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To request a return or exchange, email hello@maisonshazzy.com with your order number and reason for the request. We’ll provide packing instructions and a return address.
Once the item has been received and inspected, you can choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit, provided the item is returned in its original condition.
Discounted items are final sale.
If your purchase is damaged during transit, email hello@maisonshazzy.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item and the inside and outside of the box, and keep all packaging. We’ll review your email and provide further instructions.
We are not liable for stolen packages.
